Vinyasa Flow (Ruth)

Vinyasa yoga combines flowing yoga postures with smooth, deep breathing to create a practice that strengthens and revitalizes the entire body, while clearing and calming the mind.  Classes are taught to enhance mindfulness, build strength and flexibility, and reveal the unique self that exists within each of us.  Modifications are offered to make poses accessible to everyone, making each class suitable for students of any level and experience.
